Multiple Express Entry Profiles with same Primary Applicant

I am in the express entry pool with 472 CRS. I have completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering in 2014 (Full time) and Masters in Business Administration in 2021 (distance education) I am a software testing engineer by profession having 7 years of experience. I have selected primary NOC as 2173 (Software engineers and designers) I have a few queries as listed below.

1) Should our education and experience must be related? As I done my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering but working in Software field, will this be an issue?
2) I decided to select NOC 2173 on searching with job title as "Software testing enginner" and matching responsibilities given. Recently I came to know that NOC 2283 also suites to my experience. However I would like to be on NOC 2173 to be eligible for Ontario Tech Draw. I am linking my experience details here. Request experts to evaluate and confirm if this will be suitable for NOC 2173.
3) Can I have two active express entry profiles (one with NOC 2173 and other with NOC 2283) with same primary applicant (myself)?

Thank you for your quick response @scylla Do you have any idea as from whom/where can I get answer for my NOC related query (2nd) I have tried a lot but no proper response. I am a bit scared if I select NOC 2173, get selected in OINP Tech Draw but rejected during experience evaluation. At the same time, I am doubtful of getting invited with NOC 2283 with 472 CRS (I will be losing 5 points in Feb 2023)

You may have to hire an immigration lawyer to help you. I don't know the answer.

Thank you @scylla. Is NOC 2173 regulated? Does it require license from a provincial or territorial association?
