Tourist visa from UK - Arrested - No Further Action (NFA) - Visa Declarition?

Hi guys,

I would be grateful if someone could help with my query -

I was arrested in 2019 and later I got the No Further Action letter in 2020 and the case was closed. I have an Indian passport and live in the UK on ILR.

The visitor visa for has a question - Have you ever committed, been arrested for, been charged with, or convicted of any criminal offence in any country? (required)

Do I have to declare and say yes or just say no?

You need to say "yes" and provide the details.
