Hi all,

I submitted my PR application around one year ago under CEC category. Meanwhile, I have finished my first-year work experience and got a new job offer and I got married. I want to update my application but I cannot link my previous application to my account. Can I submit another PR application with updated information?

No, you can't submit a new application. You have to update your existing application. The fact you have a new job doesn't matter. However it's mandatory that you declare that you are now married. Send a case specific inquiry and let IRCC know that you have gotten married.
