Resolved after one day from I sent an email to :
IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
Subject : Technical issues
I got reply :
Technical issues with the portal.
I sent an e-mail and they reply with:
Thank you for your inquiry. It seems that there was a glitch with the portal. This email is to confirm that we have received your mailing address in the portal.

Now everything is OK

I am having glitch issues myself with the portal. I have therefore sent an email to the client portal email that you sent to. Is that enough? Or do i still need to use the webform as well?
As for the webform, which one did you choose: Permanent residence orTechnial difficulties in the "Type of application/enquiry" section ?
Good evening, how long does it take to arrive at the portal after passing the medical examination?
Are you single bro? I am single, I passed my physical examination on October 11th, and I can connect to the IRCC account at this time. I did not receive any emails and I linked it myself. You should be very soon, I hope I can receive the portal in the next week!
Our criminal clearance and background checks should be fast because we should have checked those things while we were waiting for the court to start and it should be fast now, I really waited a year and two months, I hope soon, and single Should save more time.
