SINP-ADR for NOC 0911, Is Licensure requirement a must?

I received ADR for my SINP application on 1st June 2022. My NOC was 0911 (Manufacturing Manager) which is an un-regulated NOC but still SINP required APEGS assesment for my Engineering degree. By chance i had the APEGS assesment but it had some deficiencies which can only be covered by enrolling in those courses while in Canada. Has anyone gone through the same case? With deficiencies, do SINP nominate or not? My application status is "In Process" since 3rd June 2022 and no update yet. Can anyone guide?
