Hi I applied in NON SDS from Dubai on the 11th of March. Attached proof of funds and SOP. Biometrics and medical updated.
IELTS Score 7.5 not less than 6.5 in any module. Raised webform on the 14th. Its been 102 days and response yet

They have reopened my file after the reconsideration request and asked for updated LOA. Eligibility also started again.

Please focus your strengths on the fresh application from home countries. From my timeline you already know my story of being refused twice from abu dhabi and PPR when i applied from home country. I also did flagpoling (change of immigration status )for my workpermit at lansdowne/1000 islands land border (Ontario) to the US( new york ) because i initially applied for a visitor visa . The US officer was friendly at their border however the Canadian visa Officer(she) was a bit unfriendly because there where many borders i could use and still drove past them to the border where she was stationed . The Canadian Officer (she) still gave me the work permit by Gods grace , just wanted to stress me a lil to get the facts straight.

Can you please advise how to apply for reconsideration and whether we should mention the reason and explanation in the same web form or just mention kindly reconsider the application number
You must give evidence of why you should be approved and address any of the concerns that were brought up.
