Teaching and Research Assistant Experience during master

If possible I want to ask you a critical question about my PR process.
Basically I have 2 years of Research/Teaching Assistant experience in One of Canadian institutions during masters while I was on Study permit.

The issue is can i use that experience to count for 1 year work requirements under express entry?
