After two hrs of agonising pain spoke with IRCC agent on call and he stated that the file has been forwarded to local visa office in Warsaw Poland.

How is it possible for anyone to know what an officers thoughts are before an interview. Even if they made a decision before your interview, they wouldn't share that information.

instead of focusing on something you cannot change, spend your time and efforts preparing for the appeal process. Good luck and sorry to hear about the denial.

31th may I got pre arrival and email about file in process again
Now update bout file is in Warsaw Poland
Let’s see can’t call Warsaw they don’t pick up,
Webforms I have forwarded if I receive reply will notify you.

Appeal won November 2021
Got notice of decision letter next day
After that nothing to hear from ircc or warsaw.
As I told you I called to ircc last month the agent told me we send your file to warsaw VO office.. you call to warsaw VO because your visa will finalize from warsaw VO.. I was called to warsaw but they not pick up..
Your visa was refused from warsaw??
