On acceptance, Further procedure (procurement and acquisition of your Work Permit, Residence/Entry Visa and Health Insurance Coverage which will enable you to legally live and work in Canada) shall be made known to you once we are able to receive your duly signed copy of the Contract Agreement & Offer Letter
Be rest assured that any expense you make for the processing of your Traveling documents paperwork/work permit papers shall be refunded back to you immediately you submit your expenses report/receipt to us with your proof of payment by email.

I only read up to a few lines and... "they have approve"... this stopped me from reading on...
I doubt Hilton will let someone to hire for them if that person don't know the basic grammar or bother to use a grammar checker.
btw if you google "Canadian Immigration Bureau Services " (which I have never heard of ... it should have been IRCC), it shows information related to employment scams.
