Have you raised a web form or thinking about reapplying ?

I have applied for my spouse (GCKEY) in March 5th
reapplied using the new portal (IRCC) in May 14
raised two web forms (response received with generic messages)
went to embassy last month and spoke with them
All this without any update on the application, It is really frustrating

2nd time i reapplied. 8th time i sent a webform generic answers. Got two MLA's looking into it's for me.
