admission deferred

i applied for January 2020. but Canadian university has deferred me to may 2020. i have an offer letter and letter of acceptance for January 2020.is it valid at the time of immigration? is there any document i have to handy with me??

You should tell the school to update the letter of offer so as not to create issues since you will be going in May. Or, you can use the same and have the school send you some document stating your actual starting day

thank you for your information. now i got updated offer letter for may 2020 but my letter of acceptance is old. is it okay?????date on letter of acceptance is 4 November and on offer letter 8 November.

Hello everyone, I've got my Canadian Student visa approved and stamped on my passport last month on July 2021 and my program start date was sept 2021 but I couldn't attend classes so I cancelled it and applied again and got admission in the same course and same DLI for sept 2022, do I need to apply again for my Visa? Although, I have the same DLI and same course but still do I need to reapply again, can I not show my new valid LOA which I have received. Please let me know?
I do have a valid Visa till 2023.. please do let me know.

That is a good idea to send them and explain that your aadmission was deferred
