WES ICAP On hold

I have sent my documents by courier. Tracking said that package was delivered and signed off to DUBE. However, WES site still says they are waiting for my documents. Is this normal?

It takes a while to reach WES. You said you have sent them, did you get them in sealed envelopes from your uni?

Yes my university doesn't send them. They give me a sealed envelope which I have to personally send.
