Help for PR application for protected refugee

Hi,

I received acceptance letter recently, i have a questions to apply for Permanent Residence for my wife? She is in Canada, but she did not claim refugee with me due to some reason at the beginning. Does she need to apply separately from me? What form does she have to fill out？

In addition, one of my child not in Canada, he is not coming to Canada, do I need to include him in my application? and do I need to submit a photo of him?
