Start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points based program and you want to aim to have 480+ points to have a good chance of being selected: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

I recently checked my crs with dummy values of ielts of 7.0 and above in all. It is very low. Below than 400. What should I do?
You should try to increase your score by maxing out IELTS, learning French, coming to Canada to study, etc.

You can also try researching the PNP programs.

It's most likely fake and a scam. Does the job offer mention that they will pay for your flight, accommodations and/or food?

No employer offers free accommodations and transportation. Just to add…the address is an empty lot with no building and the phone number is not even a Montreal area code.
