Hi everyone,
i got mail from ircc as below, in regards to my mom permanent residency application.

The following information cannot be validated as the same:
- Status Document
The Status Document on the application you submitted is:
- ----------

Please submit additional documentation which demonstrates that the person who was
invited to apply and the person who submitted the application are the same person.

what should i do with this, what they wanted from me? any leads will be highly appreciated.

I am not a 100% sure what this is about but here is my thoughts.

Assuming you are the one that submitted an interest to sponsor form, there maybe a discrepency between the information you provided about yourself at the interest to sponsor stage and at the time you submitted you application.

I recommend you review the documents (if possible) you submitted about yourself at both stages and confirm some of the details such as:

- Did you name change? For example you got married and changed your last name or you added a middle name in one document and not the other or you changed your name for some other reasons

-Your signatures on both forms.

The idea is to submit maybe a 2 set of ID that can confirm these, such as a driver's license and a passport that can confirm you are one and the same person who submitted the application and interest to sponsor.

if you can dig out your original interest to sponsor form and what you have uploaded as proof of id, that would shed some light.
basically this request is directed to sponsor and they want to make sure you are you (yes). some possible circumstances in which they may need to see more docs:
PR to citizen? -provide old PR card copy and citizen cert or passport.
name change? -provide legal doc
PR card renewal? -provide PR card old and new.
address change? -provide proof of new address like DL, utility bills, and explain you have moved.
