Proof of Funds to show when landing on COPR

I've been working in the US for 3 years and I have funds in Bank of America. My OPT is ending and I'm traveling to India before landing in Canada as a PR.

Does a bank statement suffice to show as proof of funds? If not, does anyone know if you can get a proof of funds letter (on official letterhead) from the Bank of America branch in India? If I get it from the US branch now, it'll be outdated.

I am not sure but there are some banks which allow these certificates to be generated through their app or online. Hope this helps.
