Hello!
I read that the visitor visa will grant a maximum of 6 months of stay in Canada. If my spouse will apply for the said visa, is it safe to say that the officer will grant her that maximum period of stay or it will also depend on the immigration/ border officer on how long they will allow her to stay?
I'm an international student and I want to invite my wife to visit me in Canada. The main purpose is to support me physically and emotionally during my studies because things are getting busy right now. I read that I also need to provide an itinerary, can I just mention in the letter that we do not plan to tour around Canada because the main objective of her visit is to support me and the tour is not a priority because I'm also too busy in my master's degree.
Thanks!
