Hello all,
Me and my husband have applied for PR. We got a request for remedicals last month. I passed the medical but my husband received the request for furtherance tests. His 707 HIV test came repeatedly reactive during the medical but the HIV specialist report came back non -reactive stating there is no infectious virus and final status negative. Now canada has again asked us to redo the 707 test for my husband. We have checked it before submitting it and it is again coming repeatedly reactive but final status comes out non-reactive after the specialist report. In the mail, they have asked us to submit before early september. What should we do? Are they only concerned about the final non -reactive status or they want the 707 test to be non- reactive and eliminate the antibodies that are causing it positive? The panel physician is saying we can come and give the test agai.. what should we do.. thanks in advance

You don't have a choice. Whatever the results they will only consider their own medical panel's consideration. So go for it and leave the rest on God. Hope this helps.
