I am a provincial nomination candidate and got my nomination from Nova Scotia. I have also received my CoPR and now have to travel to Canada. My query is which documents do I need to carry for port of entry check. I mean what documents do immigration officer check at port of entry? Please advise.

COPR or E-COPR /Passport with Visa/ Ticket to NS he might ask the proof of funds but that is rare.

Thanks a lot for the response.
I have another question, I have a new born child who born in March and immediately I informed to IRCC, however they did not add him yet in my application though they have confirmed that information is passed in concerned department.
I got the RFV in May 2022 and COPR on 14th June 22 and it does not contain new born child. Can I travel to Canada without his name in the COPR document ? The documents provided by IRCC with my passport says that Visa is no longer valid if there is a change in Family status, please advise.

He will get a Visa and you will get your COPR renewed its not a big deal but will take 6 months.

Thanks for your quick response, can I travel to Canada in this scenario ? Or should I have the COPR renewed first and then plan for travel ? If yes, what is the process for COPR renewal ?

Yes you can travel to Canada but without your Kid since he don't have Visa. You can later apply for him so he could Join you alternatively you can contact the same Visa Office who sent your COPR to amend it with your kid and you have to get stamp on his passport.

Actually family is not accompanying me. Once I settle there I will going for family sponsorship. However to have the family details clear I wanted to have family details clearly mentioned in COPR. Till now I have not applied the new born passport. I will be doing that asap.

You can travel but you have to Inform IRCC in any case because if you didn't add your kid in future it will become a problem.
Ok, Thanks. In my visa document, it is written that in case of any change in Family status, the Visa is no longer valid.
