Spouse addition to the PR application

I am from India and I have started my WES process. I may get married in the next 1-1.5 years. By that time I will already be submitting my PR application. I can understand I have following three options -
1) Get marriage certificate and add my spouse during my PR application; or
2) Add his name when my name comes during the draw ; or
3) He should go for a separate process?

Please let me know about it will be really helpful. Thank you
