How do I contact IRCC

Hello All,

Need assistance to get in touch with IRCC by phone or email, called this number 1-888-2422-100, but it is super busy and they dont pick up. Spoke with IRCC Agent on January 29th, they said they would mail permits for my children to my address, nothing has been delivered todate. Does anyone know alternative number or email to call or reach out fast? How long does it take to send documents from Ottawa to Newfoundland? Help on this will be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks..but I have been calling them whole day today..

I mean emailing them. If you filed an online application then there’s an option at the bottom of the page which goes something like “case specific enquiry” or “enquiry”. You click on it and then fill out a form and enter all your information. I always get a reply back within 24 hours. Good luck.
