I just got my PPR today, but I am confused as to who is the principal applicant mentioned in this section. I am sponsored by my father who is a PR in Canada. It just does not make sense for me that he will still get to fill out this section since the letter came from and is to be submitted to Manila Visa Office, and I am the one in the Philippines. Please help me settle my concern. Thank you.

oh thank you very much. can i just clarify it again, sorry i am that much of an overthinker...so all throughout my application, my father is the principal applicant/sponsor but in this very section - appendix b - i get to be the one considered as the principal applicant?

Your father is the sponsor and YOU are the principal applicant since you are the one who seeks to get the canadian PR.
