Would I have problems with a SPE/PGWP if I do this?

So...let's say I apply for a PGD (that's 2-3 semesters in length) that will be starting at the Winter 2023 Semester, and I get my study permit for this.

I do my classes for the Winter semester, then I take Spring semester off.

And then, by the Fall Semester, I've enrolled myself into a Ontario High School Diploma at another DLI.
The new Diploma could be anywhere from 1-2 years in length.

I will obviously be notifying the IRCC of the change, but would I run into any issues when I (eventually) have to apply for a SPE?
And further down the line when I have to apply for a PGWP?

Assume you aren’t taking a high school diploma. No issues if you attend the first program, and switch.
