PR Card Renewal Mailing Time

Hi folk.

Myself and my partner renewed our PR cards. We were notified over a month ago that they were mailed to us but we have yet to receive them.

We try calling everyday but can't get through and have left messages through the online form but are getting no responses.

What can we do? How long have you waited for the card to be mailed? How did you get through to them via phone?

You'll have to wait a bit i guess. i am also waiting for my PR renewal Card. It was mailed 3 weeks ago. they advised that if you don't received it by 6 week, apply fill out the lost section of the application.

Thanks. So 8+ weeks have passed and still no card. We're about to send off the IMM 5451 (Solemn Declaration) forms. I came across info online which mentioned that I can't use this form for lost renewal cards. Do you know if this is true?
