Hi guys, I get the ecopr but my photo still under review but today when I check my application on the portal website it disappeared. The "View my application" is greyed out. Anyone know what happened? im so stressed right now, any help would be great. Thank you so much

I saw the Facebook community and it seems like people got the same issue with logging in to the portal site.

Hey, i am encountering a similar problem, i still have to submit my address and photo but i am unable to see the application.
Yup same issue with me on the permanent resident online portal. I was in the middle of reviewing the application and the forms before submitting that i got a technical error issue. Then I could not even go back or do anything. After I tried logging in again, the system response was slow and the "View my application button" is greyed out. I have sent a query already. Seems like their database layer is down or something.
Hii … i am having the same issue ryt now ..for how long your file is under review for PR portal .. because i submitted My portal request on 20 march 2022 and still got no response from them . Can you please tell me your timeline for submission ?
