About the WES .

Hi. I've got the result file of WES.
And It turns out that my last name was not properly included.

So I sent customer help mail to WES. But I'm not sure is it possible to change the name and get a new pdf file.

Anyone with the same experience?
(I do have copies of my passport and visa letter)

Its kind of hard to get it fixed. Usually WES says we had printed the details as you had given us as well as mentioned by your University on your certoficates. But try raising a ticket for this. There might be a way, you never know.
