WES ECA Evaluation for Kosovo country

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the ECA using the WES. I have Master's degree in the University of Prizren and it is needed to send the required documents of this University. Is there anybody who has done the same process since I have some unclarities about sending the required documents? Do I have to send the documents electronically or by mail only? Did you get the apostille stamp?

The Uni had to send the sealed envelope with your credentials. Has your uni given you an account with your certificates to be verified electronically like myequals or similar. WES won't accept certificate sent by email.
