Hello All, (especially the senior members)

A friend of mine from India (37 year old), in to HR, working with WIPRO currently in recruitment, and having overall 5-7 years of experience in HR wants to immigrate to CANADA.
What are their best chances?

Express entry appears difficult due to age factor,
PNP - please suggest which provinces can work for them,
Anything else they can do to get the acceptance here?

Is he eligible for Express Entry with at least 67 points based on his age, education (ECA), language (IELTS) and work experience? If he isn’t eligible then option is to get a job offer with LMIaA or look at Saskatchewan and see if he is eligible. Determine SINP score and see if his NOC and score have ever been selected.

Since he has his ECA for his Masters, then submit an EE profile. What is his CRS score? Depending on his NOC, Research and Select the provinces he is eligible for.

the CRS score is 403

not sure if that would help with any of the provinces, even for PNP.

not able to find the cut off scores for provinces including SK AB BC NS and ON.

Only option is Alberta or Saskatchewan. If they pick his NOC and score. SINP has its own points system with specific requirements.
