Sister’s visa rejected

Hello,

Yesterday my Sister's visitor visa got rejected. Reason for rejection given that Immigration officer not satisfied that she will leave Canada at end of her stay based on family ties in Canada, personal assets and Purpose of visit. She is not married. We submitted the application on 17th May. She has provided all required documents ( bank statement, emp pay slips, offer letter of current job etc). Could you please let me know if we can re-apply and if yes then what additional document we can provide so that visa application will not be rejected.

If she only has just a job that ties her to her home country, then its difficult to prove she is will be just visiting there.

I got the rejection yesterday too
And the reason are the personal asset,financial status, and the purpose of visit
I don’t own any asset
And I provide 10K for the one week visit too
And my mom would be sponsoring my trip

Can anyone elaborate what should I provide to convince the officer if I reapply?

Order GCMS notes before reapplying. She needs to address all reasons for refusal and purpose of visit can mean many things. How old is your sister and how long was the visit? were they her own funds and how much? She has family ties does she have in home country since she is single.

2 main red flag which I can see here is - She is unmarried and she don't own any Asset
Did you submitted leave approval letter form employer?

Purpose of Visit what reason you selected ?
She Visited any country before i.e. NZ, AUS, UK, USA ?

He had job. Leave letter. Payslip

No good travel history
We wanted to meet each other after 5 years. But rejected.

Sure , we are going to order GCMS notes. We showed around 10k fund for 2 weeks visit. My parents are in home country so she does have family ties.

Purpose of visit to meet sibling and visiting near by places. We did not add leave letter. No she did not visit any other countries. She is working in Government job .

You should ass leave letter that will show strong tie up in her case , letter wording should be little favorable ex. Ms. XYD must report to her Job by this date .. some thing like that. add her monthly pay slip copy for 6 months ,

Based on what notes contain, get your documents prepped again and apply. Mostly it will be financial assets and strong ties to return home.

You should ass leave letter that will show strong tie up in her case , letter wording should be little favorable ex. Ms. XYD must report to her Job by this date .. some thing like that. add her monthly pay slip copy for 6 months ,
purpose of Visit is OK
