Based on the above, item 3 : PR Card or COPR (IMM5292 or IMM5688), it says either PR Card or COPR so since you have COPR, then I think you are OK even you don't have the PR Card. It's my understanding, I don't have any experience or knew anyone who had a similar situation. As per CIC website
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/citizenship-ceremony.html
What to bring
When you come to the ceremony, bring:
- your ceremony notice
- a signed copy of the Permission Release and Consent form (included with the notice)
- permanent resident card if you have one (even if it’s expired) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM5292 or IMM5688)
- Record of Landing (IMM 1000) if you became a permanent resident before June 28, 2002
- 2 pieces of personal identification (ID)
- one piece of ID must have your photograph and signature, for example: driver’s licence, health card or permanent resident card
- foreign ID documents must be government-issued, Canadian ones don’t need to be government-issued
- if they’re not in English or French, you must provide a translation with an affidavit from the translator
- minors are not required to show identification with a signature
- all your passports and travel documents, current and expired, that you listed on the application form
- optional: a holy book, of your choice, if you want to use one to swear the Oath of Citizenship
Therefore PR card or COPR anything should work?
Do you guys agree?

Keep checking your email/mail, you will receive a letter with details. It will describe everything about how to join virtual ceremony and code etc.Hi everyone! I just got my Oath invite for June 6th but I have yet to receive instructions as to how to attend the ceremony, what documents to bring, etc. Does anyone know when said instructions will arrive?
I noticed on around 19 April 2022, the date was there and they were processing second last week of November 2019 (I exactly not remember but it was I guess 20 to 22 November 2019) applications. If we continue to estimate the same way IRCC was doing before then my calculation says;Yes I think they removed it in March 2022. The last time when I saw in March 2022, they said they are processing the applications which were received by them in the Month of September 2019. And later when I checked the processing time, they removed the processing month and only showed that the processing time to be 27 months. Even though now I am in 29th Month still no progress.
Thank you!Keep checking your email/mail, you will receive a letter with details. It will describe everything about how to join virtual ceremony and code etc.
