Did you get a code to create a profile?I just did it myself with different dates and at the end I got:

Based on your answers, you appear to be eligible for Express Entry

Step 1:
Record your personal reference code. This code will expire on Sunday August 7, 2022 7:54:23 a.m. EDT. It is valid only for this profile. When you apply online, you will need to enter your personal reference code. We will use this code to retrieve the information you have already provided for your profile.
Step 2:
Print this page. You will need this information to apply.
Step 3:
Register / log in to submit your online profile. To apply online, you will need an electronic "key" for secure access.
Register to get a key if you are a new user.
Login to your account if you are a returning user.
Step 4:
When you sign in to your electronic credential (known as your key), you'll be automatically directed to your account. You will be prompted to register for an account if you are a first time user. Returning users will be directed straight to their account.
Once you are signed in, then select "Express Entry" to continue.

Yes, I did.

The main problem comes only when we're asked to fill individual sections of Application Checklist. Once it's completed and the information is transmitted into the pool at that moment I get the notification of *Profile Ineligible* for some reason.

Thanks for trying. Can you try further by filling and submitting the profile?

One last question, if I try multiple times is it possible that my IP would get bqlacklisted for creating more profiles? And I won't be able to create any further profile !

You would not be blacklisted. I cannot think of what is the issue. Have you tried different browsers? Is your passport expiring within 6 months?

Did you put in your ECA number correctly? What about your ielts test identification number? And your job noc code hope it’s on A and B not C. Look for someone who has applied for the express entry pool and review his answers.

The person can’t even get to that stage. He goes through the checklist and received identifier number and puts in passport and says ineligible.

Thanks everyone here for helping me out when I needed it the most. The problem has been solved and I was able to create the EE profile.

The error I was being repeated in the education section. After rectifying it I was able to get the profile done. Thanks once again
