Application for Health Card

Hi all,
I have landed very recently in Canada and wanted to apply for the health card. I am staying with a friend of mine. I have no document which shows my name and address proof as required to apply for Health Card. What can be done in this case?
I also don't have bank account to show any bank statements.

Apply for provincial id card. That is the best Id.
