Family class-other relative are not common here, but to the extent there is info to compare, they take considerably longer than immediate family (spouse, dependent children) cases.
So unfortunately, the next step for some time is going to be waiting.
I have passed medical test 5 months before and GCKEY updated my status. I applied lonely Canadian Program from Pakistan. My sponsor has signed undertaking. how long it take for visa?
It's hard to say since the medical is usually done in the earlier part of the process. There are also application delays right now and everything is taking longer to process.
I don't know when you submitted your application. Before COVID, it was taking 2-3 years to process applications. You can probably expect at least 3 years now. So that will give you a general idea.
How does this Lonely Canadian Program work.

However I have sisters here in Canada. Can I use this Lonely program to sponsor a 25 years old nephew or I am not considered Lonely since I have siblings here in Canada.
