Software engineer chances of PNP

I am a software engineer with 1 year of professional experience with a CRS of 440. Does anybody have any educated opinions on my chances of being selected by a province? Does it make any difference if I am doing a couples application?

Since you are in the pool with that score, look at Alberta or Saskatchewan. SINP has its own scoring system where your education must match your NOC. Also you may need to be licensed depending on your NOC. Read through the SINP site.
