Hi, I would just like to ask regarding posting an ad for LMIA if:

Employer should put PERMANENT position on the advertisement? or should be contract or temporary? This is a fulltime position.

I have a question too; on the job offer it was stated permanent job, even on job bank it was permanent, but on my lmia the duration is showing 3years.

Can anyone explain to me please.

LMIA indicates your employer has been approved to hire a foreign employee temporarily. It does not allow you to work in Canada permanently.
