I have done master in computer science and working in one of IT company from last 7 years. My MPNP score is 563 which is not as per current rank score. I want to apply for skilled overseas program.

what is the meaning of fully licensed by proviencial licence bodies ?

Am I eligible to claim extra 100 marks under this and what is the process to claim that, any documents required or anything else.

This is for a group of professions that are licensed or regulated like nurses, teachers, accountants etc. The link are the professions requiring licensing. IT would not be a licensed profession unless you are an engineer.
