Get NOC from your office. After getting the visa then apply for ex India leave. U need to submit original NOC with application.

You will need NOC and ex India leave in the same letter. When you apply for leave in ur department they will issue u letter containing no objection and ex india leave grant.

it depends on your job profile. if you are in job for more than 10 yrs then chances are good. you can apply either online or offline both are good. when I applied for TRV last year, I only submitted NOC from my office n not the ex india leave.

Any Visiter Visa or Super visa issued till your passport expiry date only
In case your passport will expire after 10 year , visa validity will be for 10 year and in passport validly is just one year , visa will also be issued for one year

Yes, We submitted NOC. They got Visa until there passport expires means 10 years.
