I have one year IEC visa but I receive an offer as administrator assistant NOC 1241, that is a 1 and half year contract ! What can I do?

My situation is as following

I have one year IEC visa but I receive an offer as administrator assistant NOC 1241, that is a 1 and half year contract !
And I really want to work with this company as long as I can do .What can I do ?
This company didn’t do LMIA.

• Can I apply express entry ?
• or other work permit I can do?

Does anyone have similar situation like mine?

You can apply for Express Entry if eligible with your ECA and IELTs. Doesn’t mean you will be invited. You would need a LIMA fro your employer. They pay $1k and prove no Canadian could be hired. Then you apply for closed work permit.

Can you qualify for another IEC? Which country are you from?

Otherwise an LMIA from your employer is required so that you can apply for a closed work permit.
