FSW Inland PR applicants

I got connected to ircc today,
Adr for pof and pcc submitted: May 25
Current status:
Security and medical: passed
Criminality and background: in progress
Final decision: Recommended Pass

Any timeline suggestions when I could expect approval?

Got adr for sowp today as well, what would happen if both the applications comes together for passport submission?

Did the agent say it's recommended pass since for me.also elibility ,medicals.and security passed but criminality in progress he said. I don't know how come when eligibility is passed by a final officer and secuirty passed snd criminality is still in progress. The agent told maybe its a process and yr apication will be finalized soon

Thank you for the response @legalfalcon. I agree and you responded to my query before saying it would be a misrepresentation if I did not include the travel history in the IMM5669e hence I resent the IMM5669e forms thru a webform but I did not receive a response from the webform management team that they have forwarded it to Visa office and got my approval within two weeks after I submitted the webform.

So I was just curious if they will send the revised documents now or in near future to visa office and they would reopen the file but from your response, it looks like they won't send it anymore to the concerned visa office. Thanks once again for the guidance.

I am flying back to Canada on the 5th June (this sunday)

Should I wait any reply to Thai email upon reaching or should I tell them that I am not in Canada right now?

I got approval email of my PR 2 days ago in which they are asking me to provide following information:

 Date of last time you entered Canada:
 Location where you last entered:

I think after u land in canada that would be better option to avoid hassles when u r out and may delay the ongoing process so better wait and reply when u come since it's very near the date

Hello everyone,
I have a quick question.
Do FSW inland applicants need Canada's PCC if invited? If so what is the procedure to apply. Please provide guidance if you have any knowledge on it.
My case:
Residing in Canada for the past 1.5 yrs and will be going to India next month for a couple of months vacation. Just to know about PCC incase if I get invite while in India.

As my husband has a visitor visa and will reaching canada on June 5th. So will it be ok if he can travel and then can we inform IRCC about the change in country of residence using webform. As the principal applicant did not receive COPR.

Or should we cancel the trip and wait until principal applicant gets COPR

If anyone who has gone through this or knows about it please share some insight. I would really appreciate it

The 20 months of torture comes to the end finally! IRCC never has an idea how struggling we 2020 applicants have been through! I have missed 5.6 tr to pr pathway, have prepared a new CEC application, had contacted MP thousands of times for help, and have to submit Mandamus to push! IRCC just acted nothing and used "due to Covid" as an excuse again and again. It seems IRCC now is working on backlogs, I wish you guys still waiting will have good luck, hope you all get your COPR before the next EE draw!

Canada PCC is no need for inland applicants, however, there is a rumor that with upfront PCC provided the processing of criminality would be faster.

My situation is similar. I got a PR confirmation email in mid-May, and returning to Canada on June 5th too. I replied to the email providing IRCC with my return day (also attached my e-tickets as a confirmation of the return date), and very shortly received a response from them asking to send another email once I'm back in Canada.

Anybody here who applied for sowp+kid together waiting for pr got approval only for sowp and kid vv processing?

If yes, please share some insights on what to do? Whether to submit the passport of sowp ppr and wait for either pr or vv to get approved?

PR Confirmation Email: 30th May

they asked me to provide information if I am in Canada or not.I haven’t replied to that email as I will be landing in Canada on the 5th June that is 5 day after the confirmation email.

However, today 3rd June I got RFV email as well in which they have asked me to submit the passport.

I don’t know what should I do at this point? Why have they send me two emails?
