i got my ECopr on 18 may but did not get any update regarding PR card in CIC A/c

I never got an email saying my PR card was approved or shipped, it just showed up in the mail yesterday.

That is because you never linked your PR card application to your GCKey after your PR application decision was made. Congrats!
