As a student permit holder, can I work on casual jobs?

Hi! Please advice. Me, student permit holder, and my husband were hired in a company working as a couple. All the salary will be credited to my husband as he is an open work permit holder. Can I still work in other companies for 20 hrs per week?

This is illegal. You'll be violating a number of laws including the terms of your visas.

Your salaries need to be split and credited to you and your husband separately.

You are both risking your status and future in Canada if you proceed this way.

There won't be hours stated on the paystubs only the amount of the salary. How will I see the hours?

It's illegal. There are lots of ways the government can find out.

I'm not going to tell you how or help you do something illegal. You're on your own if you want to violate laws.

Do you not uderstand that this is WRONG - and may catch up with you ??? - Why do Something that goes against the LAW of the land ???
