H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

@Katayoon I have ordered gcms notes twice and it didn’t come .what can I do as I don’t know the grounds for refusal even if I have to submit a new application

Yes I have a failed refuge claim .. it’s my first HnC

The officer says, I sympathize with the applicants suffering and experienced, the officer also says the applicant submitted insufficient evidences, I submitted thicker than book evidences how much he or she wants.

So sad.

But can we also submit a new application?

Yes…When you submit JR they will send your lawyer notes and you can use it to submit New application. JR does not stop you from submitting new h&c

GCMS notes take longer these days. It took us 6 weeks to get them. How long have you waited?

We ordered way before our decision came the first one is over 2 months and second one is like 3weeks

Yes you have to wait till you get refusal reasons which you can reference in your cover letter.

Include reference number from your confirmation email when you applied GCMS
