She does not have a work permit yet, going for the first time. She has a valid W-1 visa which expires on June 16. Does it create any issues?

If applying for SOWP is it mandatory to have noc code on PA offer letter? Or just designation is sufficient?

Thanks for the response. My offer letter has work designation (Application Engineer) with terms & conditions with annual package & benefits.. job responsibilities are not included. But company details are provided. Pay stub has job role Engineer mentioned. Nowhere NOC/Job responsibility mentioned.
Will CIC contact if more information needed or shall i submit through webform? Webform is taking 3 months to update now a days..

They may send an additional doc request when they process your file. You can raise a webform too. Mine took 2 months so yeah it is crazy.

Pgwp will expire December 2022 ( I got extension letter …that new 18months letter)
How to apply for sowp in this condition? Please help me. My wife is in india.
