Do i need a police certificate please ?

Hello,

I become a PR in 2019, after i become a PR i lived 3 month in China, and 2 month in France, then i came to Canada,

i was living in china all my life before becoming PR.

should i give a police certificate of CHINA ( knowing that i already give them during the PR process ) and i stayed only 3 month in china after becoming PR.

No you dont need a PCC from China.
