Yes mine starts with XE but it is not saying temporary and I got an UCI and it was a biometric instruction letter.
I just completed the biometrics this morning

Good day,
Just a quick update.
I did my biometrics yesterday and this morning I receive from IRCC my permanent AOR and my application number starts now with an E
