Study permit refusal -reapply?

I was also refused based on the following: travel history, financial status and asset and current employment situation. How do you think I can tackle these

I got a refusal for may intake as my visa was applied on 8 April. (Concordia University).

Grounds of refusal - Take new LOA for new session. Expired LOA.

Can I reapply with same documents under university category:

GIC proof
1st sem fee

Should I go for online or offline for sept intake

Yes you can reapply.. Offline is better as you can add extra supporting documents for your case, you can link your file with your online account afterwards
