Almost the same here. Applied on Nov 28 and eligibility still in progress. VO for me should be ottawa

Yes, I've been getting ghost updates now n then. Not sure what aor2 is. Got my sa n medicals passed.

AOR2 is a letter from VO where the file get transfered stating that they started the processing PA eligibility...

Yes. For most people this will take over 2 months.

Yes, Ours is an Outland Nov application(Nov 12th, 2021). Background/Eligibility Not started. Had lots of updates on the new PR tracker till last week.
