Happy to share that Finally received PPR yesterday for in-laws TRV.

Application: Dec 26 (New IRCC portal)
BIL: Dec 27
Biometrics Completed: Jan 07
PPR & BVL: 26th May

Status has not changed, only got email update.

Hello guys. It has been a really long wait for all of us. Following is the timeline for my MIL's visa:

Initial application on GC Key - June 10, 2021
Biometrics - August 20,2021
Second application via new portal - December 17, 2021
Eligibility in process - May 28, 2022
Applied from India

Raised 3 webforms - Generic response twice, no response for third time

Contacted MP twice - little to no new information

Does anyone know what the average wait time is after eligibility is in review? Thanks in advance.

you may get PPR in a day or two. In rare cases people have to wait for months after eligibility in process.

most people get it in a day or two of eligibility started, if the application has already reached around 5 months of applying. Some may have case like yours, what is your timeline?

23-Dec-2021 - Biometrics updated from earlier application (Biometric Provided: 28-Jul-2021)

i literally lost all hope…had to get emergency passport n tickets for my newborn (canadian citizen) n had to travel to India… i planned and applied well in advance for my parents so that they could come over n support me during pregnancy n delivery, but ircc didn’t had mercy! had i stayed there more, my depression would have peaked now in absolute dilemma whtr to reapply or not!( i’m anxious thinking if they have found something wrong in application n that is why a looooong review)
