Education Degree's Equivalency from WES

Hello everyone,

Would you please help me to answer my below questions regarding Degree's equivalency as;

Q1: My wife will be the primary applicant for Skilled worker program, her degree's are required to be assessed from WES, do we need to assess my degrees as well from WES as I am also going to claim points as spouse education?

Q2: If yes, do I need to lodge separate application and pay separate amount to WES or can be included with my WIFE application?
