Express entry pofile for PhD holder

Dear All,

I have done my ECA done for PhD from WES. They didnt ask for Masters and bachelors as they discourage that. While making the express entry profile what should i mention in the bachelor's and master's degree for ECA. Is it no?

You can only list your PhD in the Education section, and leave the masters'and Bachelors degrees in the Personal History section so that you will not be asked to provide ECA for the latter two.
